Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) We welcome all international orders. However, we are still fixing our Paypal issue at the moment. If you are an overseas (non-Singapore) customer, do send us an e-mail at: ohmycartoon@gmail.com and we'll make arrangements for your orders!

Q) Are your tees instocks or preorders?

A) They are all pre-orders. We do not keep instocks unless we have extra stocks from the previous pre-order. (Which we will definitely inform you if we do!)

Q) I don't know the size of the tees! Where can I reference it?

A) No worries, do check out our size chart over here! :) They are of accurate measurements.

Q) How long will it take for the tees to reach me?

A) Firstly, please do note that all the tees here are on PRE-ORDER basis. This means it will require time for us to process your order and print.
For local customers, please allow up to a maximum of 2-2.5 weeks (through mail). We will always send them out on a ASAP basis once we get the stocks from our supplier. 

Q) Why are your tees so expensive?

A) Well, we can assure you that they are not! Here are the below factors for your consideration:
- Our tees are exclusively and uniquely designed. (This means you won't see anyone having the same tee as you!)
- For every tee sold, we actually contribute a part of it to charity drives. Do check out our CHARITY page for more details
.- All our tees sold here are INCLUSIVE of REGISTERED postage. This means that you can be worry-free of lost mails as they will be sent to your house doorstep! (Yes, we don't encourage normal mail method as its risky!)

Q) How is the quality of your tees?

A) They are 100% cotton tees. All the images are printed using heat transfers.

Q) For local (Singapore) orders, do you do meetups?

A) Yes, we do! FREE Meetups will normally be arranged at Lakeside/Boon Lay/Jurong East/Choa Chu Kang/Bukit Panjang MRT stations.Should you need us to deliver to your nearest MRT station at your convenience, an additional $5 will be charged.

Q) Are all your designs here designed by yourself?

A) Yes, yes, and Yes! That means what you are seeing here is indeed one of a kind - You won't find it elsewhere! We designed it exclusively FOR YOU.

Q) Are you really doing charities through the sales of the tees?

A) Of course. Since we have the opportunity to help the less fortunate, why not? For every tee bought from us, we'll be making a donation - in which we will compile them once they hit a minimum amount and send them to charity drives (We will provide "proof" on our website with acknowlegement receipts from the respective charity organisations. )

Q) Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

A) No.Please do note that we will not be responsible IF you placed the wrong order(s). We will send them out accordingly to your order form within 3 working days.

Q) What happens if the Pre-Order is interrupted/cancelled?

A) In the event should the Pre-Orders be cancelled, we will give a FULL REFUND. Please indicate your bank account number and direct all enquiries to our e-mail.

Q) Do you accept customized requests?

A) Of course. We will be more than happy to provide this service to you. However, please do note that the standard rules apply for customization requests. That is, we do not accept explicit/obscene/offensive requests of images. Please direct all customization enquiries to: ohmycartoon@gmail.com

Q) Why didn't I receive my package after such a long time?

A) As all our items here are INCLUSIVE of REGISTERED MAIL (For local customers), A tracking number will be issued to you accordingly and you'll be able to track your orders. For more information, please go to: http://singpost.com.sg/

                                                                                         TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) We do not do trades/exchanges, as all our tees here are pre-orders.

2) Please note that orders will only be processed when we receive the payment. No payment = No orders.

3) Serious buyers only please! Be 100% sure that you want to purchase the items before filling in the order form. Please do not back out after confirming order. If you're not interested in the item anymore, please do kindly inform us. We won't bite. Promise. :)

4) All items will ONLY be delivered after full payment is made.

5) All the prices stated here are fixed and non-negotiable. We thank you for your kind understanding!
